Terms & Conditions
- All Odisha Competition is an annual state-level competition organized by Mudra Fitness, Bhubaneswar to encourage art, drawing, dancing, speech, fashion shows, yoga, Odishi dance, modern dance, fancy dress, storytelling, and other extracurricular activities among kids.
- This program is scheduled to be held at Mudra Fitness campus, Mahaveer Nagar, Jharapada, on the 13th of November, 2022, at 10 a.m. Only kids 3-13 years can enter this competition.
- All participants will receive a certificate of participation and winners will be awarded a trophy. Participants will not receive any cash prizes from the organizer.
- All participants are expected to adhere to the time slot determined by the committee. We won’t compromise the timing, so everyone should arrive 1 hour early.
- Participants should clearly mention their competition categories to avoid disqualification. Registration fees won’t be refunded.
- Participants will be responsible for arranging their own accommodation and travel. Children should be watched by their parents or guardians during the competition.
- We expect parents/caregivers to provide details where they or a designated adult can be reached in an emergency.
- Contact information, medical information, and details about the child’s personal circumstances are the responsibility of the parent.
- Dates and venues are subject to change at the discretion of Mudra Fitness. Competition terms and conditions may be altered at the organizer’s discretion.
- We at Mudra Fitness cannot be held responsible for any changes to the schedules that may occur as a result of natural disasters.
- Incorrect/fraudulent entries will be disqualified. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar only.
- There will be a first come, first served basis for registering for the event. The registration process will be open until the available slots have been filled.
